We are beyond excited and proud to announce that we have been recognised as one of the top places to work in the UK by The Sunday Times Best Companies. The b-Heard survey, managed by Best Companies, invites employees to score 70 statements about their wellbeing, pay and benefits, personal growth, their team, the leadership and much more. We achieved an amazing score of 700 points in 2019 which achieved a 2-star accreditation and a place on the list.

What makes Creed a Times 100 Best Companies to Work For?

Stan Earnshaw, Warehouse Manager

"People throughout the business are genuinely recognised for who they are and their contribution. There is a “Creed family” by name and a “Creed family” by nature".

Juliet Gardner, Key Account Manager

“I love working for a family-run business as I feel that I make a difference in the workplace.  The people at Creed want to work together to make it right for the customer and for the people that work there.  We are a family at Creed”.

Alfie O'Connor, Telesales Apprentice

“Working at Creed has shown me what a workplace should be like. Every member is recognised for their hard work and it creates a brilliant collaborative environment for everyone”.

Mark Fletcher, Driver

"I enjoy being at the front line of the company, meeting new customers and building great relationships. It is great to work for a company where I feel respected and valued for what I do. The company is also growing whilst keeping true to its core values”.

Giving Back

As a company, we are committed to helping our local communities. In 2019 we donated time, food and money to support the charities selected by our CSER committee, which includes a member of staff from each department, as well as Chris Creed, our CEO.
Our employees are also committed to giving their own time and resources to our chosen charities. In 2019 we supported a number of our staff to help a charity close to their heart, by providing a paid day away from the office to volunteer or complete sponsored challenges.

Whether it be our Monday morning team breakfasts or the annual CreedFest we like to think of ourselves as one big team. We truly believe that the best way to continually improve our service and to meet the changing needs of our customers, is by investing in the company from within.

We believe that a fully engaged, informed and trained team working in a supportive environment will provide a great service to our customers. We continually invest in the best people for the job, ensuring that they are the right fit for the Creed brand and values, and are highly skilled in their roles.

We are committed to supplying high-quality products that are sourced and manufactured in an ethical and environmentally responsible way. We also like to practice what we preach, from reusable water bottles to reycling bins in all our depots, we make sure that we are being as sustainable as possible in our day-to-day working lives.

In 2018 we joined forces with Active Gloucestershire; a charity who work with organisations to support companies to improve the well-being of their employees through becoming more active, and Creed Active was formed.

Since then we have gone on to implement a number of initatives and taken part in some great challenges, including the Cheltenham Three Peaks Challenge for WellChild, regular Monday team walks and a veledrome cycle challenge.
